This might be my worst customer experience ever. I uploaded my tax document to their portal on March 14th. After not hearing anything for a week, I started sending follow up emails and phone calls (first red flag). Finally, on March 23rd, I received a reply and phone call to confirm that they had received the documents and are working on my taxes. On March 30th, I received an email requesting income information that was provided in my initial email (second red flag). I responded the same day with the requested information.
