Very happy with the service. Dr. Pham is very patient and thorough. She consulted with us to get my daughter night contacts and was very transparent and good through the whole process. She went through 3 sets of lenses to make sure my daughter had the perfect match and my daughter is able to see very well in high school and does not wear glasses at all. Highly recommend this service.

I love Dr Pham! She is so nice and knowledgeable. I never enjoyed my annual eye exam because it takes forever. However, Dr Pham makes it so easy and tell me what to expect next throughout the exam. She always take time to answer my questions. They just moved to a bigger store in a new location. If you need get your eye exam done or a new pair of glasses, you won't be disappointed with Dr Pham.

This is the worst Optometry store I had ever dealt with. I dropped off my sunglasses in late December 2021 to get the lenses replaced. Long story short, two months after, I still don’t have them back yet. What’s even worse, I had to call the store several times to find out where my glasses are. One time, I was told they are ready. When I made the trip to the store, was told they are actually not ready . The staff made a mistake when checking the status but didn’t bother to call me back and prevent me from making a empty trip.
