We had a small fire in our house that caused over a million dollars in smoke damage. On top of the major inconvenience of having to move out of our house for five months, we needed to find a contractor in an area where a good contractor that is available is extremely difficult to find. We feel very lucky to have met John Allender and Sterling Construction.John was cool, calm and collected from day one. He was on time and on budget and all of his workers and subcontractors were fabulous.I don't wish a fire on anyone but if it happens to you, definitely call Sterling Construction to put the pieces back together.

Sterling Construction finished everything in a timely manner like they said they would and i am thoroughly impressed. I had them remodel my whole kitchen for a new rental property i bought and as a first time home buyer they made every step of the way easier. They made sure i understood every service they were providing! Very satisfied. I would definitely suggest them, especially if you are a new home buyer, they go the ins and outs to make sure you are well satisfied with their work.
