Ray and Carlos arrived and set up neatly and efficiently, and spent more time on our hall carpet than any other previous cleaners had done. Ray gave us a complete explanation of what results we could expect on our older, soiled carpet. We are happy with the very nice results and would use them again and recommend the service to our neighbors and friends.
