Star Nails

I came here to get gel nails, which I have done for years now. On average, they last between 2 to 4 weeks no matter where I have gone. The nails all chipped within a few days and almost all ten by the end of the first week. I will not be returning here. The prices were okay but not cheaper than any other nails salon in south san jose so I can try elsewhere next time. It was just disappointing to feel like I wasted my money.

Awful place. The women who work there are rude and treat people differently based on who they like and who they don't. I'd been going there for 10 years but witnessed their treatment of people as well as the deteriorating service and had enough of chipped nails and insults. Not worth it. Nail salons are a dime a dozen. Go to USA Nails in Saratoga instead. Kind people and beautiful work. My hands look soft and the polish lasts 8 days. Please do NOT visit Star Nails. They have actually remained open during Covid, which is pretty questionable.

I love Judy and Linda! All the ladies are truly sweet. I have been going to Star Nails for my pedicure for over 4 years. This place is small but the work they do is wonderful. I don't do acrylics but I can definitely vouch for their pedicures. They have an array of colors to choose from (gel and regular). Since it is a smaller place, it's better to leave the kids at home.
