Very nice job on the cleaning. The tech was courteous, professional, and provided good tips for post care. He also provided a very thorough cleaning and didn’t rush. I appreciated that aspect. I just hope that it dries well as I have had issues with that in the past. It would be helpful to know the night before that the appt would be at 8:00 am instead of 15 mins beforehand. Since I didn’t receive notice the night before for an 8:00 am appt, I wasn’t ready. I can see that the 15 mins before works for a later appt but not for the first early appt..
I had a great experience with Stanley Steemer. The technicians were very professional, friendly, and arrived on time. They explained everything clearly and did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely use their service again.
We needed urgent help after our cats become violently sick, drenching our carpet in urine and vomit. We called Stanley Steamer and Jose Cerda came to the rescue! As a scientist I knew getting the ultraviolet light to not show the biological debris was impossible, but the premium odor formula and protective spray did exactly what they were supposed to. I’ll update this review after the carpet dries and I can get my nose to the floor. I’m pretty sure the problem is solved, though!
