He was really great at communicating and understanding me when I was trying to explain what I was feeling and what I needed while he was working on me.Gretel I think it's her name, the girl I'm thinking of is on their website on the left wearing black. She's always a pleasure to see and treats everyone like family. Everyone is very friendly and willing to take the time to answer questions.I'm ruined for other dental offices and will only ever come here. Absolutely fantastic customer service and at a dental office seeing smiles is the best way to start a visit.

I LOVE the Office Staff at this Berryessa location! The girl there who always has a massive smile on her face is amazing! She is the main reason I go here! She always is incredibly friendly and always goes out of her way to help me with payment arrangements, helping with my insurance, and she always remembers me by name! She seems like she is the main front desk(I'm not sure what her title is) associate as everyone always asks her for help but I'm so bad with names. :(One of the other reviews has a picture of her wearing a hat with one of the patients. If you get lucky enough to have her help you, she will delight you with great conversations and fantastic customer... read full review

The front office staff(Gretel and her team) are always welcoming. Quick and easy check-in and the wait is usually minimal. The service here is wonderful. The one thing I'm terrified about going to the dentist is feeling the pain. Here, you're so numb you can't feel anything the dentist is working on. Can't even feel your face:) The work they do is great. I highly recommend them. Drop in and you won't regret it.
