I needed my laptop diagnosed and repaired. Took it to Art and he figured it out, ordered parts, and fixed it. Waiting for the parts was the only slow factor, but otherwise Art was responsive, timely, and clear in explaining what was needed. Had a small hitch after he returned it to me but it was quickly seen to, and things are going just fine again. Estimate was reasonable and there were no added charges. He'll be my go-to if I need help again.

I really can't truly express how satisfying my experience was with Artem snd his amazing service. He not only gave me a great deal on his work, but he was able to complete my repair the same day. I will be taking other laptops to him for repair very soon. Other technicians wanted $100.00 just to look at my laptop. I was even quoted double the cost of what Artem charged to fix it. Thank you Artem.

I went to Art with a laptop whose Nvidia GPU had seemingly vanished, which held up my motion graphics work. I spent a good 10-12 hours trying to troubleshoot it myself to no avail. He was able to fix it in good time at a very reasonable price. (I suspect he may have spent more time than what he quoted me for!) He is very personable and explained my issues very clearly. I highly recommend his expertise and would definitely go back to him again.
