I needed my laptop diagnosed and repaired. Took it to Art and he figured it out, ordered parts, and fixed it. Waiting for the parts was the only slow factor, but otherwise Art was responsive, timely, and clear in explaining what was needed. Had a small hitch after he returned it to me but it was quickly seen to, and things are going just fine again. Estimate was reasonable and there were no added charges. He'll be my go-to if I need help again.
I really can't truly express how satisfying my experience was with Artem snd his amazing service. He not only gave me a great deal on his work, but he was able to complete my repair the same day. I will be taking other laptops to him for repair very soon. Other technicians wanted $100.00 just to look at my laptop. I was even quoted double the cost of what Artem charged to fix it.
