My home server went dead after a power interruption and I did not have an UPS. I found out that the 2 TB drive was dead and this is the cause for the server to stop working. There are data stored in the drive and I may need them later. I bought a drive reader from Fry's but the reader failed to recover the dead drive. I googled and found SmartTech. I called and talked to Art. Fortunately my place is in the same city with his shop. I brought the dead drive over. After a coupe of weeks, Art called me and said he was able to recover the data. Art is excellent in computer work. He's rate is also very reasonable. He works with your budget and honest. He was very patient with me. I highly recommend him for any computer repair.

After explaining the issues that I was having, Art explained my options and provided me with a very reasonable quote. He performed the upgrades faster than I expected and walked me through the changes that were made. If I ever need this type of service in the future, I will definitely contact Art.
