I came in to SkinSpirit in Willow Glen for a B12 shot and had such a great experience. Jacky, my nurse injector, is amazing, skilled, friendly, and she makes the whole thing quick and easy. Spencer at the front desk is just as wonderful. Check-in is always seamless, and he takes the time to walk you through all the services so you actually know your options. His client care makes you feel completely comfortable from the moment you walk in. Highly recommend this team!
The absolute best! I have been getting my Botox and filler done by Jacqui for several years now, I even followed her to SkinSpirit in Willow Glen from her previous med spa because I don't trust anyone else with my face. She has a natural eye for symmetry and always delivers perfectly balanced results. On top of her amazing skill, she is so incredibly gentle during treatments. You are truly in the best hands with her!
I was nervous but super curious and interested in Botox when I arrived for my first appointment at SkinSpirit, but Jacqui squashed all of my hesitation! She answered all of my questions, explained how Botox works, how and why the placement is important, heard where my concern spots were and made a plan with me. I’ve had multiple appointments now and looooove love love the results! Almost wish I needed more just bc each session is such an enjoyable experience! Jacqui is an incredible provider, hiiiighly recommend getting on her books, she’s great!!
