Amy is incredible! I had my second lymphatic drainage massage with her yesterday, and she truly has magic hands. Ever since my first session, my dresses have fit so much better through the arms, and it's been such a confidence boost. This time, after three weeks of traveling across three cities, I'm feeling super snatched. My legs, arms, and stomach are visibly holding less fluid. The facial lymphatic drainage was a highlight too: I didn't realize how tight my TMJ was until Amy really got in there. Among the cozy blankets, the heated bed, and her expert touch, I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep. She even surprised me with a bath bomb to take home!

I highly recommend Amy if you're recovering from travel, getting ready for a special occasion, or just want to treat yourself. Her new studio is in a lovely part of Willow Glen surrounded by vintage shops (shout-out to Angie and the wonderful ladies at Hidden Jewel), so you can make a whole day of pampering and shopping!

I was suffering from chronic back, neck shoulder and muscle pain from work related stress/anxiety. I reached out to Amy for help. She listened attentively to my problem(s) and worked to release the pain by working on knots/joints & muscles. Amy is a very skilled therapist who has a good understanding of the human body. I felt much better physically walking out of her office than walking in. It was only in the next few days that I realized how much a relaxed body promotes positive mental health. I felt much better overall. Another thing - Amy's office is quiet, clean and well maintained. The oils are so aromatic and the music natural. It will put you to ease right away. I recommend Amy's practice to anyone who wants a massage or needs help with stress/anxiety. I will be back, of course!
