What service!? The guy never showed up! Lied that he had, but I was there. Then that I had canceled. Lastly that he couldn't locate plain as day! Vehicle on major intersection. So how could he say I wasn't there!? If couldn't locate it. Their office staff! Not better. Never use them again!
Daughter broke down in San Jose and she called this company for a tow to shop. We were charged $289.00 for less than 8 miles. I called the company to ask them about rates and was told it is Saturday that have a $65.00 service charge. Also got the run around about rates never gave me an answer and has no customer service skills (Rude). $224.00 for less than 8 miles WOW!! DON'T CALLService: Car towing
this the the worse service you can get, the guy on the phone didnt explain how the whole payment process goes and i was caught of guard paying 300.00 for them helping me change a tire, and to top it off the guy that helped me got on his truck once he set my car back on the street got in his truck and speed out the neighboorhood like a crazy person and not giving me my invoice that i need in order for my insuramce to get my reinbursment and get my money back, i also tried called the number listed on the page and they keep telling me to call back every other hours and they are just a horrible service
