I booked the 45 minute refresh with Kayla and had a great experience (though this is the only head spa I've ever tried). The place was quiet and peaceful; I almost dozed off during the appointment but because I did not add-on a massage, there was too much going on to really fall asleep. Afterwards my hair smelled delicious and really was very silky. Overall, I had a positive experience and would go back again to possibly try another package.
It was an amazing experience I had at Silky Head Spa w/Thuy. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff. Within a few minutes Thuy came cheerfully greeted me and offered me tea, snacks, and a gown. Unliked other salons, where we sit up to have our hair washed in a big room w/ multiple chais. Here I was given a well deserved shampoo massage skillfully by Thuy while laying on a comfortable table in a private room w/calming music. I felt so relaxed! I highly reccommend you to book an appointment here w/Thuy. Btw, she blew dry my hair too. I loved the experience, appreciate her professionalism!
This was my first time trying a scalp treatment, and it was soo relaxing. We initially had 2 appointments and while we were there we were able to add one more person to our group. The staff that did my treatment was very welcoming and asked if the pressure of my massage was okay, i asked to go a little more and she did. It helped me be super relaxed. I will definitely be going again in the future, maybe in about 2 months since i dont live in the area.
