I don't usually go to Sephora often, and when I do, it's mainly to try products and find the right shade for my skin. Honestly, most Sephora locations--especially the ones in malls--make me feel really intimidated or ignored, like I don't belong there because I'm not a typical beauty person with perfect skin. Sometimes I even feel like I'm being treated suspiciously, which makes the experience even harder since I already struggle with social anxiety. That's why I want to shout out this specific Sephora (in the shopping center) -- I built up the courage to stop by while running errands, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and helped right away. The person who helped me (I believe it was Stephanie or Tiffany -- with a Y) was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire visit. They took the time to color match me, made sure the shades looked right on my skin, and even recommended some great alternatives from other brands I would've never tried on my own. I left feeling confident and cared for -- something I've never experienced at other Sephora locations. I'll definitely be coming back to this one for any future skincare or makeup needs. I can't say thank you enough to the sales rep, Kindred. She was very polite, helpful, kind, patient and made me feel welcome.. Kindred knows what she's doing and was a pro at it. Kindred answer all my questions and concerns and recommended a few products which I end up purchasing. Would definitely be back to purchase more products as gifts for friends and family...
I love this location! It's always clean and well stocked. Maggie helped me recently and she was amazing! She was super nice, helpful, and professional. Didn't make me feel bad for asking for a few items that ran out of stock on the floor. Thank you so much Maggie! I hope you get a raise.
