This was the first time I opted for community service rather than to pay for a ticket and since I got the ticket in LA they transferred my hours to this location. You have to schedule an appointment at least two weeks in advance because this place is pretty busy, wish I had someone tell me that. To my knowledge, the purpose of setting an appointment is so there isn't a wait time. I called before hand and asked how long the "meeting" would take and the receptionist said they take about 20 minutes, so I went on my lunch. Their office is located in a large building that holds other businesses. Unfortunately they were running late that day because of a meeting that they were in. My appointment was for 1:30 and I wasn't seen until an hour and fifteen minutes later. To top that, the receptionist was RUDE! I couldn't believe the manner she displayed with customers. I work in customer service and she NEEDS to be fired! Also they could try to dress WAAAAAY more professional, unless that company doesn't care. The lady that my case was under was not that helpful either, she didn't contact me like she said she was going to so I had to take matters into my own hands. When I came back to return my hours the same lady at the front desk had NO smile and a b****y attitude. She needs to find a new job because obviously she isn't happy where she is.
