Today August 6, between 12-12:30pm I waited over 30 minutes on the phone just to be transferred to square one. Why does your place hire people that don't what they are doing? I called the correct number and waited like a law-bidding citizen just to be played like a dumb toy. Very disappointed and depressing.

We have always had good experiences with social service agencies at Santa Clara County. My worker here has been very kind and very helpful in every way possible. He genuinely wants to help us with everything we need. God bless him! Very busy place, I saw a lot of people applying, looking even busier than DMV.
