I had an electrical issue with a specific circuit flickering and sometimes cutting out completely in my 50+ year old condo. Greg and Daniel were fantastic! They checked my main breaker box for any signs of overheating and found none. What they did discover though is some original wiring connections in a branch circuit had deteriorated over time. Then they made sure everything was tightened and connected properly. My wife and I are so relievedÂ the flickering lights have beenÂ resolved. We feel like the safety of our home has been restored. Excellent! This company has helped us for many years on different electrical projects inside/outside and around our home. They are kind and professional and their rates are fair. If there is a problem or delay we are quickly advised. Sanchez Electric is our "go-to" electrical contact. Greg and Gilbert are truly helpful and make clear and logical suggestions when necessary.
