    I booked an appointment on a Friday and waited for 2 hs and nobody came, when I called I learnt about all the internal issues they had with their database and apparently, it was my problem not to be in their db. I've given a second chance and waited another two hs to repeat the same experience. I would say responsible devices is not that accountable.

    responsible pest services has been bought out by Orkin One of their technicians left me a very rude voice mail message informing me of this. he had just left my house where he spoke to my dad who is 88 years old and has a little dementia. this technician referred to my dad as a jerk. His attitude of his voicemail was that you are no longer dealing with responsible pest control and things are different we are Orkin now

    I am impressed with the level of customer service and professionalism. They have promptly responded to my requests for additional service in-between my regular scheduled service. Moreover, the requests that I have made to the main office are accurately communicated to the service people which is often a problem with other companies. For every scheduled service, they have arrived to my house on time and have been completely thorough and respectful.
