James and the full Rescue Air team is very skilled and professional. They installed new heat pump and furnace in my home. James is very honest and responsive. I later on used them for various purposes such as moving the outdoor unit to a different place, installing soft start for the heat pump etc. and were very pleased with the service. When the soft starter went bad after a couple of years, James came the next day to fix it and didn’t even charge me for the service.

Rescue Air is the best A/C service in the Bay Area. When other places were scheduling more than a week out, Rescue Air was able to come out within a few days and fixed my A/C quickly (capacitor replacement) for a very reasonable fee. When we had an insect short out the electrical wires 6 months later, he came out and took care of it for free. Highly recommend this excellent small business.
