It was my first time coming here, but they were very friendly and accomodating. I got a pedicure & a manicure done with them and they were very accommodating when it came to changing water temperature and changing nail design or color. I was also very comfortable as they offered complimentary drinks. Overall, they did a great job with both my pedicure and manicure.
We called to ask if walk-ins were possible for our last minute request for a group of 5 and they were super accommodating!! They took care of us immediately and the quality of the service did not fail. We were well taken care of by everyone that handled our services. All of us were in much need of some pampering and they were fantastic. Would definitely come back!! Thank you 408 nails!!!
One of the best experiences I've had at a nail salon. I can't recommend Brandon enough! Not only did he fit me in at the last minute, but he still took the time to make sure every detail was perfect. My nails look exactly like the inspiration photo I showed him, honestly, even better. He was incredibly kind throughout the entire appointment, despite it being late in the day. I'll definitely be coming back!
