I had a great experience with Pure Moving Company’s Miami location. From my first contact over the phone with office staff to the completion of the move out of my apartment. They had reasonable prices, and clear, timely, and thorough communication. The movers Ramil, Danil, and Azamat were superstars! On one of the summer’s hottest days, the three of them arrived on time, worked diligently, and were pleasant and friendly. They cleared my 3rd-floor apartment surprisingly fast while still managing to be careful not to damage anything. Zhenya and Rauan went above and beyond on my recent move; everything is exactly where I wanted it and they even helped me move an old couch so everything would fit.Definitely would recommend and will be using them for my next move!

EDIT: After a poor experience with a moving team from a move almost two years ago that had been bugging me ever since, I came here to update my review. After doing so, GM Frank reached out and apologized and made things right. I’ll definitely be in contact with Frank when we move again. And I would highly encourage anyone to work with Pure Moving because they are serious about relationships. As a service provider myself, I know that means there are honest and hardworking people here.
