Dr. Chao is an irresponsible chiropractor. After several times of his treatments, he negligently dislocated my neck bones, and I had to go to another Chiropractor to adjust it. He has no X-ray equipments and likes mocking his injuries patients.

Dr. Chao negligently dislocated my neck bones after several treatments. He has no X-ray equipments and his hand adjusting is not accurate sometimes. I had to go to other Chiropractor after suffering from his treatment.

I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Chao. I've seen many chiropractors, doctors, therapists, acupuncturists, and none were able to fix my pain and instead just prescribe pain medications or tell me I have scoliosis. I injured my lower back as a kid from dancing and have been suffering back pains for the past 20 years. My boyfriend kept pushing me to see him...and at first I was skeptical, thinking just another doctor... but what have I got to lose.
