Lam was awesome. From the very beginning he was responsive and reliable. The tinting on my rear windows was peeling and I called for a quote to remove it. Lam actually picked up (most other shops I called didn't pick up, or even call me back in two business days after leaving a voicemail) quotes me a reasonable price and we made an appointment. He was ready 10 minutes early and I got my car back quickly even with the tough job of removing partially peeled off tint and adhesive. Can't recommend this shop enough!
