The cleaners are usually solid, but when I had to change my services, the administrative staff was really odd. I was told that they had come and cleaned my home, and it was a 2 br. condo. I have a 4 bedroom home. They went and cleaned another person's house! I could imagine the confusion of that person to come home to a cleaned home on an unscheduled timeframe. I just tried to re-start my cleanings and they told me again that I was already on the schedule, and i'm assuming that they've associated my phone number w/ the wrong property. This was my first time reaching out for this cleaning service and I was disappointed for several reasons:- The value of $99/hour for a "deep clean" felt like a regular clean I can do on my own. - The ladies were kind and nice yet there was a huge language barrier where they didn't understand English and I blame the company for not asking if I speak Spanish or not because it made it very difficult to communicate with them. - They did not seem to know how to clean windows. even though that was my main request for bringing the cleaners in since I'm pregnant and unable to do that on my own these days.
