nothing but fantastic things to say about the team at soft patagonian. ed was incredibly professional, polite, and i never felt like i was being sold to. the fact that he spent half an hour on the phone walking me through different options and even how water softening works was enough to convince me to go with them. i doubt i can get that kind of service or time from a corporation. i was also incredibly impressed with their installation handiwork and timing. i agreed to a quote wednesday night and they were able to install our system thursday morning! i will definitely recommend them to others.

Absolutely amazing! Eduardo is a pleasure to work with. He is very clear and has great communication with how the installation process will be. We have had our water softener system and water filtration for 3 years now and we have had no issues!
