Crazy how ALL of the 1 star review echos the same issue: ROBERT D. Is a fraud who takes your money but won't deliver your products and never calls, emails, texts back to remedy the issue! It's absolutely criminal to be out close to $4000 and 2 months later still with NO ETA and his refusal to refund the money after he failed to deliver the products. Not sure how this business is even still in operation. I feel bad for the people who have yet to experience what we have and I know with 100% certainty that those customers will ultimately engaging in unsatisfying results with no recourse whatsoever. We bought 59 boxes of flooring after Robert informed us that they are in stock. We arranged for a rental truck and our handyman to pick up after Robert told us they are available. Our handyman informed us only 4 out of the 59 boxes were the ones we ordered with the rest as wrong! We called Robert right away and he said the warehouse made a mistake and he will call us back. He never did to this day and it'll been over 2 months. I continued to call and text him with absolutely no response and eventually came to his store only to have him be missing. His brother told us that Robert would call us when he returns and guess what, he never did. Then his brother called the supplier and told us to come back on March 15th. Well it's March 15th, 2024 today and guess what! Neither Robert nor my order is here. Once again, we are in the position to WAIT. I demanded for a return of my check which he cashed right away when we gave it to him back in January. He told me to come back next week and I told him that I don't trust that he will give me the money. He just hung up on me. They are criminals! Do NOT waste your money and time here!!!

My husband and I are very happy with our experience purchasing waterproof laminate floors with Roberto! We found this place through our contractor's recommendations who we hired to redo our kitchen and living room floors. We were so happy! Before that, we found a different floor store online and went there for a few times, but each time we were not able to find the right color, or quality, or price. It was absolutely opposite with Roberto! We met him at the store for the first time, and when he looked at the photo of what we wanted to match, he immediately showed us the floor we loved! Roberto was a pleasure to talk to, very friendly and professional. He also introduced us to his twin brother and told us about his business. The laminate floor he showed us was of so much better quality, waterproof, with the thickness of 12 mm. The price was unbeatable. It saved us time and money. When we decided to order, it went very smoothly and fast. We were able to pick up all the materials, including the supplementals, on the next day! There was an easy way to load the floors into the car as shown in the photo. Thank you, Roberto! Definitely recommend this business!
