Made an appointment on short notice one Saturday when my princess was not feeling well . She's doing great now after surgery ! Never felt rushed during appointment. Dr's explained everything very well . Loved that they checked up on my princess after appointment and after surgery ! Going to be taking her here from now on .
I tend to trust vets who are genuinely passionate about animals, and Dr. Boyd’s volunteer experience gives me confidence that she is. Dr. Singh also practices at this clinic & I've only heard good things about him. Based on a thorough analysis of reviews & social media posts, they are the two vets at this clinic I'd recommend for bunnies.
The vet technicians here are also great, especially Mikka & Jackie (not sure if I got her name right). I forgot the names of the other vet technicians who helped out with my bunnies.
The people at the front desk are also nice & accommodated my rescheduling requests multiple times.

Dr. Justin Cupka is truly best in class. He is an exceptionally knowledgeable veterinarian, remarkably gifted with animals, and deeply passionate about his purpose.
Our special needs Savannah cat, Sierra, recently met Dr. Cupka, and in her nine years with our family, I have never seen her respond so positively to a veterinarian. He was incredibly generous with his time, listened intently, and shared an entire portfolio of thoughtful solutions grounded in both research and experience.
On our way home, I felt as though Sierra had found her “spirit-person.” I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Cupka.
