By far this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I installed my pool with them 2 years back and this review is long over due. They took 2.5 years to build my pool. Repeated errors in drawing, at 1 point I had to do the drawing and send them. Absolutely no follow up. I have sent close to a 800-900 texts following up. At one point I was researching a lawyer to take legal action. One of the most frustrating and stressful events.

My aunt was recommended this company by family friends spent over $22,000 on this project. No permit was pulled. A year in the coping failed. Lewis has been contacted numerous times. The state licensing board has gotten involved, And the Santa Clara county licensing board has been contacted. This company takes advantage of the elderly, And so many others. Run from this company. We have contacted this company countless times to get this fixed and they refused to fix it. It is failing around 2/3 of the pool.

Make sure you get an end date on the contract with Luis because he drags his feet. It's been 7 1/2 months and our pool still hasn't been completed. He sends people to do some work for a few hours and then we don't see him until weeks later. We call him and he promises to send workers and nobody comes. Another problem is that Luis never comes to check the work and things get done wrong like the placement of the pool pumps and equipment. They were supposed to lay it 5 feet from the fence and it was 2 feet from the fence so it has to be redone, which is a tedious project and he has yet to do it.
