Been a client for 4 years. I would never let another tech in San Jose touch my hands as I even do nails myself. Niko does the full kawaii freestyles and essentially anything you show her. She’s done my daughter’s promotion nails, pedicures, acrylic toes, etc also and I’ve brought friends along that raved about the service/quality. I’m rather unsure what the bad reviews are in regards to, because I’ve NEVER had such an experience here. Yes, she may be quiet while doing your set but it’s really because she’s locked in and you will love the result. Her and her husband do great work, they also offer water and have snacks available during your service. 100/10.

Nico really be getting down on my nails when I say I want this she do it even if she don’t like it my way she said OK however you want. They are in their shop get down. They all do amazing job on the feet and the hands. Been coming here for about a year now I always good service.

This shop has so much potential that is sadly not being reached. I've been turned away twice this week and have not had good experiences in the past. I would go here for the convenience and distance from my house but I plan on looking elsewhere now.
