I have been going to Pauline since 2004. My kids have gotten their hair there also. The ladies are professional, friendly and courteous. I get my eyebrows waxed still and PPauline does a great job styling my hair. The prices are reasonable.
My husband has been going to NY family hair for 15+ years and has had a great experience with a Pauline. So much so, that we come all the way from Boulder creek (Santa cruz mountains) to see her. He calls ahead and she's always able to accommodate him within 30 min. Our son finally reached the age for a hair cut and we called Pauline and she was ecstatic to see him . he's not even 2 so he was VERY apprehensive of the clippers but she was so patient and confident that it made the entire experience seamless and so pleasant. And as a mom who was prolonging cutting his hair, I was SO nervous , but she NAILED his first haircut. He ended up with a perfect first haircut, and not traumatized. We will continue to come back to NY family hair because of the excellent service provided by Pauline and her team.
I have been going for years, those two are the best.
