I found her after doing a ton of research on tattoo shops with great reviews in the Bay Area, and when I landed on New Generation Tattoo's site and saw her portfolio, I was in awe. Her work is pure art - the way she captures the beauty and nuances of nature is breathtaking. Her booking process was super straightforward (all clearly explained on her Instagram), and she was so easy and kind to communicate with throughout. She did such an incredible job bringing my vision to life, and she made the whole experience feel so comfortable and easy, even though it was my very first tattoo! We finished it in one session, and honestly, the time flew by thanks to her gentle touch and her genuinely warm personality. Her attention to detail is superb and I seriously cannot recommend her enough. On top of that, everyone else at the shop (special shoutout to Long, Toan, Justin, and Dan) was so friendly and welcoming; they really made me feel like part of the community!

She took the time to ensure the design and size were exactly what I wanted, and during the tattooing process, checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable. Got my tattoo from Van and had an AMAZING experience! She is seriously so sweet and VERY talented! I loved every second of my time getting tattooed by her! The shop was also awesome! The vibe there was so welcoming and fun! It was nice to be able to joke around with the other artists and have a good time during my 6 hour session! 10/10 would recommend this shop! Especially Van bc she is AMAZING! Did I say that already?
