Natalie has been great. My family members and I were looking for a new tax accountant as ours had retired in 2021. We've been using her for a few years now and we are all satisfied with her services. We like that you can do a teleconference or an in person. I have never met Natalie in person, I upload my paperwork to the secure portal and then she calls me and takes payment over the phone. I referred my brother and parents to her so I got a discount when I first saw her. She's responsive and reliable. Make sure to start your taxes with her early as when it gets close to tax crunch time, she can only accept so many clients.
