Despite the horrible reviews that this place has i actually have something good to say about it. I have never had a haircut here or any hair work done at this place. But i can understand the frustration that people have when coming here. I strictly come for pedicures. I have gone to many high end places and every time i end up coming back to this place, yea they may not be up with the latest nail trends but they definitely do a good job when it comes to pedicures. I am very picky when it comes to pedicures so the fact that the lady takes her time with my feet to make sure they look nice makes me feel appreciated. Been semi-regular here at Mollywood since 2001, when I was living accross the street in the Capital Park Apartments. Coincidentally this was right about the time that Kay and the rest started the business. At that time it was $8 for a haircut, which I think it still is. More than once I've seen Kay give a free haircut to a new Paisa who pretended he didn't know it's cash only. After he'd left she still made no bones about it. Not a peep or even a hint of contempt on her face about the guy who'd just gotten over. She's from a bygone era.
