I open an account with ML. I'm supposed to call ML to move the money to their Preferred Deposit plan in order to earn the higher interest. I've called 6 times over one week and placed on hold for upwards of 15 mins. No option for a call back either. Annoying hold music. Is this their way of avoiding paying my higher interest? I will now research other banks and move my money.Update - Alex at the Concord Contra Costa Blvd. BofA branch was able to connect me. He is the only reason I don't close my account with BofA. Alex gets 5 stars. BofA gets one star.
