I’ve bought a few things here. Staff is great. Got a screen protector for privacy. They prepped my phone and put it on. Works great! Got a great deal on an E-scooter too! Segway, worked great! Great deal. But it was stolen out of town so I always check with them before I buy elsewhere.

I came in. They switched me. Swap me out for a better phone. Which no other store would do it. And give me a very low price. Best customer service in town. They fix my Samsung a15 so that they can help me switch my number from metropcs which requires code send to my broken a15. All that in less than 30 minutes.

I trade in my old iPhone 14 for iPhone 14+ they give me a literally nothing, dirt cheap compared to the other store. Best customer service in San jose . I would recommend this store to my friend and relative.
