We dropped off our comforter and shams to be washed at 12:30pm on a quiet Sunday and were told that it will be for sure done BEFORE end of day. I think any reasonable person would think that a small order like this would be reasonably done by 4:00pm when the place closes at 6:00pm. After running errands on this side of town and killing time for 3.5, hours, we never got a phone call to pick up our order. We ended up calling and no one picked up so we had to drive here instead just to hear that the worker DIDN'T KNOW where our order was. If we didn't point out our items that needed be resumed, we would have waited until end of day since the workers' boss never informed...read full review

I found myself in the unexpected situation of being without my washer and dryer for a few weeks. I walked in and was greeted by very friendly staff (I think perhaps the owner, although I did not get her name). I had visited a laundry mat down the street earlier. They were not nearly as friendly and they charged significantly more.I was thrilled with the service I received and will definitely be a repeat customer!
