Marblus Granite and Tile, Inc. delivers exceptional results, as seen in their precise cutting and installation of quartz countertops and backsplash. The staff, led by Fabiola and Leo, listens to clients' needs and provides expert suggestions. Leo meticulously laser-measured the kitchen and photographed the slab material to produce detailed images of the countertop so clients could see the vein patterns and make sure it all matched well. During the cutting process, Leo noticed two pieces didn't color match well and worked with the slab supplier to get a third slab and recut the problem pieces to get a closer color match. The final result looks great. Leo's installer team, lead by Mike, was also great. They worked a solid 12 hr day to finish the job, giving clients enough time to get the plumbing and electrical finished. Although some jobs are tiny, the customer service and craftsmanship were impeccable. Marblus had remnants for clients to choose from instead of forcing them to purchase a giant slab and also did the fabricating. Fabiola was amazing to work with, helping direct clients to quartz that fit in their budget and guiding them in the design. She was extremely communicative, professional, kept things moving quickly, explained things thoroughly, and was patient and kind. Leo, Michael, and the template/install team were very professional and patient, worked with clients on several veining matches, and even came back to drill the faucet holes. The Marblus crew repeatedly went above and beyond to do a great job.
