This was my first time using Magic Clean. I wanted a deep clean before a holiday party at my house. From the first phone call to the finished clean I was very happy with Magic Clean. Scheduling was very easy - very clear about what was included (on line pdf), quote was fast and reasonable (but not cheap). Follow up before the appointment was great - I received a reminder the day before and confirmation my cleaner was on the way the day of. My cleaner was fantastic. She understood what areas I was most concerned with and focused extra attention on them. She worked hard and continuously. Memo and team are great. Memo the dispatcher, was great communicating what the work would entail and managed my expectations very well. The cleaning team did a good job cleaning our townhouse today. My appointment was at 3pm but they came in earlier which is much appreciated. They really tried to clean all nooks and crannies of the house but since we have not had any professional cleaning at all, I would understand that there will really be some places that will be missed or not fully cleaned. Will definitely have another session and recommend them 100 percent.Service: Deep clean

Maggie and her team have been cleaning my place for around a year now. I was very impressed with their amazing service from the first time. I had all the grime removed from my bathrooms that was previously left without attention by other services... Baseboards, doors, door frames are always clean! Super happy with their friendly and professional team. : )
