I’ve been taking classes with Ly for a few weeks now. She’s so funny, always making jokes and on top of that a great instructor. Not to mention her dance routines are awesome. I really look forward to each class! I’m excited to see where this journey takes me.

I had an amazing experience at Ly’s Pole Studio for my first L1/L2 fundamentals pole class. The session was both challenging and fun, pushing me in ways that felt empowering and exciting. I've taken four Lyra classes at this studio, and it's been good overall, depending on the instructor. I really like Joanie--she's very encouraging and teaches well. However, not all instructors are like that. I had a substitute once when Joanie was out, and the experience was just okay. Sometimes I have to share a hoop, and other times I get my own, which depends on how many people show up. I do wish there were more class times available, as it's currently only offered on Sunday afternoons. Also, the hoops could use more frequent rewrapping since they're starting to fall apart and get slippery.
