I had a haircut, color and highlight. She did an amazing job at cutting my hair and fast too. After that, I wanted a lighter hair color (blonde), so she worked with my existing hair color cause it was auburn brown and made the top of my head a lighter color and along with it, I had highlights. It turned out to be perfect. She's easy to talk to in that she communicates efficiently and she's proactive. She's young at heart. She's honest. And quite frankly, if I show up and I don't know how my hair should be style, I trust her to make me look good. She takes Venmo. And it's better if you make an appointment.
I have been looking for a good barber who can do Asian hair style for years. Lucy is the best barber I have got in the bay area.I went to her store to get a brand new look, and I brought a picture of an Asian short hair style. She was able to design the style with respect to my face shape, and the outcome is even better than I expected. Lucy is precise and knowledgeable in the haircut. She is friendly. Price is good.The negative point was that she didn't much listen or cared what I asked her to do with my haircut and did not pay attention to face shape, hair color, etc. I didn't want her to cut much on the sides(because of my face shape) but she insisted that it was the right way to do the hairstyle, and at the end she tried to give me some hope that they would grow fast!Service: Haircut
