After two years of frustration with my Chevy Cruze, which had intermittent issues like ticking noises and random drops in engine power, I finally found a shop that got it right. Multiple mechanics — including the so-called experts at the Chevy dealership — failed to diagnose the problem. Worse, they performed several costly repairs that made no difference.

I was recently referred to LT Auto Repairs, where I spoke with the owner (I believe). Even though I couldn’t recreate the symptoms live, he watched a video I’d recorded and immediately identified the issue: faulty hydraulic lifters.

What can I say...LT Automotive in Reno Nevada great customer service, walked in there Wednesday late morning before memorial day weekend with a serious steering issue...told John we'd love to leave town before the weekend. (Wow 😲) With about 6000.00 dollars worth of repairs john and the crew had mytruck done by Friday at noon. Now if that's not service I don't know what is. Thanks again Doug
