Anyone considering a new roof, should consider Los Gatos Roofing for the job. The highlights of my project follow: * The salesperson I first interacted with is also the project manager for the job. Dan Chapman was my salesperson and he did an excellent job of keeping me informed during the project. * The quote provided many options and there was no pressure to upsell. The quote provided several options ranging from plain jane shingles to top of the line Presidential shingles. * The quote contained economical options for gutters including an option for gutter screens to keep leaves and debris out of the gutters. * The quote contained options for adding more ceiling insulation and an option for ridge venting. I HIGHLY recommend the ridge venting, we already noticed a huge difference in temperature inside of the house on hot days. The A/C used to kick on at 11 am, now it may kick on at 4 pm on hot days. * The crew was very cordial and they cleaned up the job site after completion.
