Little Star Salon - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

I have been to Little Star a few times for a haircut. My hair is wavey and must be cut on downside of the wave or it flips rather than lay down. I explained that to Lyn and she said no problem. Lyn took her time; she got it right. My last visit I also received a manicure; again, Lyn took care of me. Lyn's manicure is as good as any I have gotten elsewhere. (Really, I just wanted Lyn to hold my hand. LOL) I also enjoyed Lyn's personality, very friendly and likes to joke, but accent is a little thick and sometimes difficult to understand, so I just smile and say ok, not really knowing what I'm saying okay to. LOL I also like that the owner, I think Naomie, is always pleasant and professional when I walk in. Only once did I have to wait for my appointment, but that was really my fault as I thought I would be a few minutes late and called, but wasn't as late as I thought I would be. So I had to wait 20 minutes. It was worth it.

I made an appointment for Saturday on a Thursday. I got a confirmation soon after by text..I show up and she says, sorry there’s no one here to give you a perm. A courtesy call would have been appreciated! Wasted time because I booked around that time.

Base on my Experience in this Salon it's not worth it to come or make an appointment, it's not satisfactory and it's too expensive. They charge too much and they don't accept debit Card Cash only. The lady boss seems rude.
