I called because they were recommended by a friend and they did not let me down. I'm happy with the response i received and i would recommend them to anyone. This was my first experience being in a accident and was nervous about what was going to happen. Neal Kuvara personally talked to me and helped reasure me they would help with any problem that would come ahead. He is super kind and understanding. He's realistic and doesn't beat around the bush. I had a wonderful experience with Neal Kuvara, who drove out to my apartment to meet with me personally -- after I'd been released from the hospital, after sustaining injuries from being hit by a car while a pedestrian in Alameda. Neal was very personable, and his manner inspired confidence and optimism, and he asked all the right questions to size up what the matter was, and what potential for a settlement was there, and then handed the case over to his friendly staff. Neal had told me what his strategy was to be (to make a strong offer or demand to the other party's insurance company, and then if they dithered or resisted, to go after the full amount possible.) As it turned out, things happened just as Neal anticipated: after the process went on a couple months, there was resistance, and so Kuvara pulled out the stops. Not long after that, a total of about 4 1/2 months after employing Kuvara Law Firm, I had the settlement I'd hoped for! For clear-cut cases (like mine) of injury accidents when someone else is at fault, these folks are a good resource, which I highly recommend.
