This location is utterly repulsive. They claim to be able to provide services and perform numerous X-rays to bill insurance, yet they fail to follow up with you. The terrible service starts with my mom being recommended by a friend who had just begun visiting this place. During our first visit, they insisted on conducting an X-ray to assess the overall health of her mouth. However, they assured us they would get back to us about the necessary procedures, even though we were aware it was just a simple case of missing three back teeth. Weeks went by without any communication from them, and I eventually decided to call, only to be left without a response. This establishment seems to lure you in with promises of service and insurance acceptance, only to exploit you by ordering unnecessary X-rays to extract insurance money, leaving you stranded. It's a terrible experience, and I deeply regret choosing this place.

This dental office is very bad practice and un-professional staffs. Doctor was not working through the process to complete the dentures and hand-off to dental assistant to finish the job. It end up loose crown and in an hour later force me to drive back and forth many times to fix the temporary crown. The front desk staffs are rude and hung-up the phone while I am trying to explain the situation. Bad place and stay away from this office!

Both kids came in for dental cleaning and cleaning took only 10min quick. The dentist did not even see them. All done by dental hygienists. Don't take you kids here for quality dental care. I was disappointed. No professional service. I could do better cleaning at home.
