I really like Dr. Khuu, she's very thorough and knowledgeable. However, I had an extremely disappointing experience with getting glasses made from her office. I ordered two pairs of glasses in March with the help of one of the ladies at the front desk and I've had to go back 4-5 times because the frames of both glasses were completely ruined. When I was trying on the glasses, they fit great. After they were made with prescription lenses, they are completely unwearable. One pair got remade twice, and the second pair was remade 3 times. Again, neither of the glasses are wearable despite being redone.

I had seen Dr. Khuu and also Dr. Pham for many years until my insurance changed and they no longer accepted it. I came back last year as I got new insurance through my new job and called and the front desk said Dr. Khuu would take my insurance! I was so happy to come back. Dr. Khuu is patient, thorough and competent. I will go to her as long as my insurance is accepted by the office.
