I really like Dr. Khuu, she's very thorough and knowledgeable. However, I had an extremely disappointing experience with getting glasses made from her office. I ordered two pairs of glasses in March with the help of one of the ladies at the front desk and I've had to go back 4-5 times because the frames of both glasses were completely ruined. When I was trying on the glasses, they fit great. After they were made with prescription lenses, they are completely unwearable. One pair got remade twice, and the second pair was remade 3 times. I really like Dr. Khuu, she's very thorough and knowledgeable. However, I had an extremely disappointing experience with getting glasses made from her office. Again, neither of the glasses are wearable despite being redone. The second time after they failed to remake one pair, I tried to return but they refused to accept it. They offered no help whatsoever and told me that they'll send it again to the lab. I asked how they are going to ensure that the glasses will be fixed, and the response I got was 'we can just hope that they fix it.' It's July, and I just picked up the glasses for the third time because it took them that long to get it remade. The result is no different and at this point I'm doubtful they can fix the glasses. The customer experience was truly awful and I'm upset that they wasted my money. I will not be coming back here again.

I had seen Dr. Khuu and also Dr. Pham for many years until my insurance changed and they no longer accepted it. I came back last year as I got new insurance through my new job and called and the front desk said Dr. Khuu would take my insurance! I was so happy to come back. Dr. Khuu is patient, thorough and competent. I will go to her as long as my insurance is accepted by the office.
