Janice is an outstanding faux painter on too of being a very lovely and helpful individual. I wanted to do a faux ceiling that looked a bit metallic. She looked at a photo i provided and matches the colors to the photo. When she saw my ceiling light fixture, she suggested adding some of that color into the mix. Her artistry is impressive - i would def recommend her!

Janice consulted with us on our last house and we sold it for $405,000 over asking. We couldn't believe it. She has such an eye for color and design and we got so many compliments. Random agents and their clients asked us what colors we used. She is such a consummate professional and we wouldn't do any home without consulting her. What's amazing is that she is also very conscious of people's budgets and doesn't give ideas that are unaffordable. She's a talented artist as well and painted an item on our exterior that was one of a kind.
