I booked this place for my mom's birthday and did a group of 4. Although they were unable to accommodate the 4 of us at the same time due to one of their technician having an emergency they were still able to accommodate us 2 at a time. We had such an amazing and relaxing experience. My mom thoroughly enjoyed the Jen signature which gives you a little taste of each service they offer. My sisters and I did the deep scalp therapy. I love head scratches and this experience took me to another world. I would definitely be back to try some of their other services.
A must-try spot in San Jose! I drove 40 mins from Fremont, and honestly-worth every mile. All staff are incredibly gentle, friendly. The massage, facial, and head spa were all on point. I left with glowing skin, fresh hair, and a scalp. Absolutely worth time and price!!! Can't wait to go back :)
I have been here before. 1st time exp was great! Today was a bit mid. The massage was great but I wished she not only focused on the right side but also the left. I felt like throughout the whole appt. The left side probably got maybe 20% of what the right side had. Given I should have said something, next time I will. But in all honesty shouldn't it be symmetrical? I would come back again. The head spa and facial part was good. Overall, could be better for the 190 I paid for and I did tip since I did receive service that wasnt bad but wasnt great either. I hope next visit will be better.
