Apologies for the confusion earlier--I mistakenly left a negative review for this shop thinking it was another tire business. I've removed my one-star rating and am delighted to replace it with five stars! I've been a loyal customer here for the past five years, and they've consistently provided excellent service. A special shout-out to Jose, who always goes above and beyond to ensure my cars are equipped with the best tires at the best prices! If you are in the San Jose area in need of tires. JD is the place to go!

This is my first experience with JD tires. I went to American tire to check my tire as it was very low. He filled it but it was a 3 hour wait to check it and appointments we're booking a week out The next day I spoke to Melissa around 3 and she set up someone to come to my home. He arrived around 530, jacked up the car and said you have a nail. Took it off repaired it in 5 min. I'd rather pay to have someone come out to my home. My time is more precious. This is my new tire place
